ABSTRACT TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS JAKARTA (A) OLIVIA ANGELINA (115200063) (B) THE INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL INTEREST ON ENTREPRENEURIAL BEHAVIOR: COMMITMENT AND FAMILY SUPPORT AS MEDIATION VARIABLES IN STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY (C) xvii + 70 pages, 21 tables, 8 pictures, 9 attachments. (D) ENTREPRENEURSHIP (E) Abstract: This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behavior: family commitment and support as a mediating variable in students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University. This research uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach with sample selection using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using an online questionnaire, namely Google Form. Based on the 202 data collected, the data was then processed using SmartPLS 3rd. The results of this research state that interest in entrepreneurship has a significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial commitment. Entrepreneurial commitment also has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior. Through this research, it was also found that entrepreneurial commitment can mediate entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurial behavior. Family support also cannot mediate the relationship between interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behavior, as well as entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial behavior. However, family support can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial commitment, as well as family support can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial behavior among Tarumanagara University Faculty of Economics and Business students.
