Abstract

ABSTRACT TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS JAKARTA (A) SHERLY YUNITA (B) THE INFLUENCE OF DESTINATION IMAGE AND PERCEIVED VALUE ON DESTINATION LOYALTY MARTHA CHRISTINA TIAHAHU LITERACY PARK THROUGH SATISFACTION (C) ± 160 Pages, 33 Tables, 6 Figures, 13 Appendices (D) MARKETING MANAGEMENT (E) Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine whether destination image and perceived value play a role in encouraging the formation of loyalty among visitors to the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park through satisfaction. This research uses a survey method by collecting data through questionnaires. Data from this research was collected from 200 visitors to the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park using purposive sampling techniques. Then, the data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling) technique with the help of SMART PLS 4. The result of this research show that that destination image and perceived value have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty of visitors to the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park through satisfaction. It is hoped that this research can fill the gap in previous research in measuring the loyalty of visitors to a destination which rarely uses destination image and perceived value variables and answer the inconsistencies of previous research. This research is also expected to provide contributions to academics and practitioners regarding the influence of destination image and perceived value on visitor loyalty through satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 200 pengunjung Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kemudian, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi dan nilai yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu melalui kepuasan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengisi celah penelitian sebelumnya dalam mengukur loyalitas pengunjung suatu destinasi yang jarang menggunakan variabel citra destinasi dan nilai yang dirasakan serta menjawab inikonsistensi penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi akademisi dan praktisi tentang pengaruh citra destinasi dan nilai yang dirasakan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung melalui kepuasan.
