Abstract
ABSTRAK UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS JAKARTA (A) VILYSIA (B) PENGARUH INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE, SOCIAL SUPPORT, DAN WORK MOTIVATION TERHADAP WORK READINESS MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNI S UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA (C) XIV + 71 halaman, 28 tabel, 3 gambar, 17 lampiran (D) Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (E) Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaru h internship experience, social support dan work motivation terhadap work readiness mahasiswa FEB Universitas Tarumanagara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bis nis Universitas Tarumanagara. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan denga n menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik pemiliha n sampel purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat kriteria pemiliha n sampel seperti pernah melakukan magang dan berstatus sebagai mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Tarumanagara. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 81 sampel. Dari data yang diperoleh akan dilakukan pengolahan data melalui software SmartPLS dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan melalui pengujian hipotesis bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh positif terhadap mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. (C) XIV + 71 pages , 28 tables, 3 pictures, 17 attachments (D) Human Resource Management (E) Abstract : This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of internship experience, social support and work motivation on the work readiness of FEB Tarumanagara University students. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tarumanagara University. Sample selection was carried out using non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling sample selection technique. In this study, there are criteria for selecting samples such as having done an internship and being an active student at Tarumanagara University. The total sample in this study was 81 samples. From the data obtained, data processing will be carried out through SmartPLS software with the structural equation modeling (SEM) method of it. The result of the study shows through hypothesis testing that all the independent variable have a positive effect on Tarumanagara University students.
