Abstract

Adolescents who experienced premarital pregnancy has two alternatives, namely with the pregnancy or abortion. Abortion illegal, while maintaining the pregnancy there is a risk of physical, psychological, social, and economic. The dilemma can lead to conflict-depth and complex flavor to the youth to maintain or terminate her pregnancy (Negara, 2007). The study involved three subjects aged 16-18 years adolescents with maintaining pregnancy. The results showed that all three subjects experiencing stress resulting from financial hardship, academic problems, internal conflict, interpersonal conflict, values conflict, and frustration. The similarity of coping stress used by all three subjects, namely social support, problem avoidance, and social withdrawal.
