Abstract
This study is aimed to find out the description of Seif-efficacy among Sunday School teacher. Self-efficacy is, one's belief in his or her ability to finish a particular job that he or she is intended to. Basically, self-efficacy is not closely t related to real ability it self; on the other hand, it is more focused on one's faith in ih , himself that he or she is definitely able to complete a certain duty or task to solve problems. Sunday School teacher is a person that understands, accepts, and . aweres of Christian faith. and voluntarily willing to participate in teaching and in becoming a role model for the children that he/she teaches. So he/she is able to guide his/her students behaviour towards maturity in Christian faith. The study used SPSS Programme 11.0 for Windows. Sample taking in this research was 40 Sunday School teacher at GSJA Betlehem, Bogor. This research was held on 21. 23 and 28 May, 2006. The result of this research shows that seif-efficacy of Sunday School teacher is high, Mean 3,0125 higher than median 2.5. Theres a significant difference between males and female's self-efficacy. ”t: 2712, p 0,01 < 0,05. Mean of male's self-efficacy is 78.3750 and mean of females self- efficacy is 85,8438. This result shows that among Sunday School teachers, female's self-efficacy is higher than maie's self-efficacy-
