Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the correlations between self confidence with anxiety facing operation of caesar in the first pregnancy (primigravida). Self confidence is positive attitude an individual which is can to develop positive assessment do well by ownself and also to situation that or environment facing of. Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling of fear and apprehension accompanied by increased physiological aurosal and avoidance behavior. Questionnaire design is used in this research and 40 mother of first pregnancy which operate Caesar in this research. The Spearman Rank Order Coefficients of Correlations is used to analyze the data. This research show that there is a negative significant correlations between self confidence with anxiety facing operation of caesar in the first pregnancy (primigravida), Гs = -0,406, p < 0,01.
