Abstract
"among the old who live in the house (M=56,2 & SD=4,9) and who live in old folks’ home (M=54,2 & SD=3,8) with F value 4,926 and p=0,03 (p<0,05). However, there is found no significant difference at death anxiety among the old who live in the house (M=48 & SD=3, 9) and who live in old folks’ home (M=46, 94 & SD=4, 8) with F value 0,716 and p=0,401 (p>0, 05). The research with qualitative method used to strengthen the result with quantitative method, which is using interview with all the chosen respondents. It is found that the chosen respondents have found their meaning of life, but there is the difference among them. Y and A have found their meaning of life by ability understanding themselves, think positively, have a good relationship with family and neighbors, can comprehend their creativity, fully experience, behavior, and spirituals life. However P and N have found their meaning of life by understanding fully experience, creativity, behavior, and spirituals life. The chosen respondents have been enter old age, doing much religion activity, and it is made to be prepare facing their death. So they do not anxiety anymore when facing their death. "
