Abstract
Conflict is one condition when two parties, individuals or groups have disagreement, different goals, or perception that occurs in interpersonal relationship. Conflict can be caused by different set of value, difference of personality characteristic, and failure of communication. Conflict may arise to everyone, include the women in young adulthood who enter the career period or focusing to the family. This research tries to examine the conflict that occur in interpersonal relationship between the five women in young adulthood period who work in public accounting firm. Conflict between the women in this research caused by different set of value, failure communication, and the difference of personality characteristic. The conflict can be solved by yielding, negotiating, or finding the best way for the problem. Positive interaction and ability to maintain the communication can avoid the conflict. This research used the interview method. The interview process was held on April, 11 2007 until August, 25 2007.
