Abstract
Workplace bullying is a negative action to threat other person in unpleasant way and repeatedly to manipulated someone and cause pyschological damage, physicall health, and economic secure of victim. Example of workplace bullying such as, teasing, intimidation, unfair punishment, unrespect others, isolation, physical violence, over work, and humiliation in front other employee. For female bullies, their target is other female. Female employee is become a victim of workplace bullying if they repeatedly and continuously threat negative action. This study is conducted to test possiblelity of workplace bullying among female employees that work in accounting and finance. The subject are 350 females at age between 20 years old until 40 years old. This study measures five categories of workplace bullying. This study proff that there is happening a workplace bullying among female employees that work in accounting and finance.
