Abstract
Gender is a basic element inside every human’s self concept that has already been given by God since a person was born on this earth. Psychologically, a male transsexual feels that inside, he is different from his physical nature. This think is happen with the fourth subject who have the characteristic as a transsexual when they still young. The present of transsexual people in the middle of community cause a lot of negative prejudice and the transsexual feel alone in the community. The negative prejudice toward transsexual people cause they have their own perception that people in the community doesn’t like her. For reach the self acceptance of transsexual is need a long process. In the beginning, the transsexual feel something wrong with their own body and they looking some information about transsexual until they realize he have identity disorder, it call male transsexual. After that, they can accept them self as a male transsexual,
