Abstract
Employees organizational commitment is an important matter to be raised. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between achievement motivation, organizational climate, and organizational commitment, using 45 samples of employees from P.T. X, Jakarta. No correlation between achievement motivation and organizational commitment were found (r : +.043), while perception of organizational climate indicated great positive correlation (r =+.541). The results provides evidence that perceptions of organizational climate can describe employees decision of being commited to organization.
