Abstract
"The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of altruism behavior between students majoring psychology with different personality types. Subject of this study was psychology students from University of Tarumanagara, from different grade and still active study. The population of psychology students consist of 973 people. From this population, 53 people taken as try out subject and 342 people taken as research subject. From one-way anova calculation result obtained value 6,122 (p= 0,00 < 0,05). Thereby null hypothesis (Ho) rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. It means there are difference of altruism behavior between students majoring psychology with different personality types. The result of this research also shows that social type tends to have altruism behavior more likely than other type of behavior. "
