Abstract

This research was conducted to test the competency model PT X on the pelaksana layanan farmasi position. Type of research is action research with the study participants as many as 107 employees of PT X. To see whether the competency model PT X according to pelaksana layanan farmasi position testing construct validity and internal consistency reliability testing of the competency model PT X whose results are presented draft competency model in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and then tested with content validity testing and reliability testing with inter-rater reliability method (ICC). Final competency model for pelaksana layanan farmasi contains nine competencies, namely the competence of flexibility, integrity, interpersonal understanding, learning adaptability, self confidence, business acumen, customer and market focus, strategic planning and visioning.
