Abstract
Self esteem is one of important personality aspects. Self esteem show values and self confident for an individual. Research is aimed to see a portrait of self esteem female public relation officer who suffered sexual harassment at the work place. The characteristics of subjects of this research are young adulthood female from age of 21 up to 27 years old. This research applied qualitative method using in depth interview technique. Research started at July 20th 2007 until October 6th 2007 with four subjects. Four subjects analyzed with self esteem theory of Harter (1999). The results of this research is four subject who suffered sexual harassment have different portrait of self esteem, those two subjects has positive self esteem and two subjects has negative self esteem.
