Abstract
This study examined the relationship between Achievement motivation and Learning achievement of English. Achievement Motivation is a drive directing someone to generate, manage, maintain, and release the output behavior toward a certain goal. Learning achievement is the result of learning by following and doing the exercise at school. The participants (N = 230) in this study were the students of SMAN 1 Tangerang with International School Program and were chosen using non probability sampling with convenience method. The result showed that there was no significant relationship f (230) = 0.013, p > 0,05 between achievement motivation and learning achievement of English of students of SMAN 1 Tangerang.
