Abstract
"Personality is defined as a set of attitudes and skills that ultimately form the vocabulary or set of skills to deal with problems and tasks of the environment. Skills are related to the level of self-efficacy a person. Bandura and Zimmerman (cited by Matlin, 1999) suggests that individuals who have high self-efficacy tend to be more confident and will improve their efforts when facing a difficult task. Individuals will have a variety of problem-solving strategies that are flexible and will face a new challenge with Optimism. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Holland's personality types owned by the magician with self-efficacy. Subjects of this study amounted to 49 respondents and shot in two places in the area of Pondok Indah and Semanggi area that hold a Gathering Magician. Research design used was a non-experimental and data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Based on research results, variable working time between 4-6 years, obtained a mean value greater than what has been working on 2-<4 years. The mean value was 32.50 in the can, so it can be concluded that long work have a significant relationship to the level of self-efficacy. "
