Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy relationship, Task engagement and achievement in faculty Y using KBK as the lecture system. Thus study included 120 students who participated in making the questionnaire. This research was conducted in Jakarta by using convenience sampling techniques were conducted in November 2013. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and task engagement with r = 0,495 and p = 0,0 the positive relationship between self-efficacy and achievement with r = 0,277 and p = 0,2 and a positive relationship between task engagement and achievement the value or r = 0,293 and p = 0,1. Thus, the conclusion of this research is the higher the self-efficacy and task engagement, the achievement in study is also higher, the lower the self-efficacy and task engagement, the achievement in study is also lower.
