Abstract
In early adulthood, women began entering the workforce without leaving domestic role as a woman, it will affect the role of the run work and married. Marital satisfaction is general appraisal toward marital condition that had been around and subjective. Aspects of marital satisfaction is communication, leisure activity, religious orientation, conflict resolution, financial management, sexual orientation, family and friends, children and parenting, personality issues, and equalitarian role. The aim of this research is to know the description of marital satisfaction in early adulthood women who work full time. The method called qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative research. This study involved 5 female who had married, full time worker, between 20-40 years old, and live around Jakarta and Tangerang. The results of this study indicate that one of five subjects not yet satisfied with their marriage because they still live with their in-laws. Based on the aspects of marital satisfaction, five subjects were satisfied with the marriage lived.
