Abstract
Society underestimate people with disabilities that negatively impact on their development. However, not all persons with disabilities can not developed well. There are some persons with disabilities who are able to become entrepreneurs establishing Micro Small and Medium Business. Self-esteem and self-efficacy linked to the efforts of individuals with disabilities in creating their own business Self-esteem and self-efficacy have a similar concept, but not the same. Selfesteem is the individual assessment of self-worth while self-efficacy is the belief of an individual in his own abilities related to a particular job mastery (Bandura, 1997). This research aims to describe self-esteem and self-efficacy in middle adult individuals with disabilities who become entrepreneurs. In-depth interviews conducted to four people with disabilities who have Micro Small and Medium Business. The research starts on January 2016 to September 2016. The results showed that two from four subjects fulfill the variable of self-esteem and four subjects fulfill the variable of self-esteem thus they fulfill the variable of self-efficacy connected to their business.
