Abstract
"Interfaith married is a physicaly and mentally bond between men and women of different religions, as well as maintaining the difference was as husband and wife in order to establish a happy family and eternal by supreme divinity. This study aims to provide an overview of the decision making on a interfaith marriage couples. Decision making is an action to determine the right choise to solve the problem. Decision making is necessary for couples who decide to marry with different religions because they have the challenges to be faced. This study using qualitative methods in order to understand in depth description of the decision making on a interfaith marriage couples with phenomenological approach. Phenomenological approach is used to explain the meaning of experience from the interviewing. In depth interview conducted to the three subjects of interfaith marriage and still maintain it. The results of this study show that the three subjects through five steps of decision making with the different basic fundamentals of decision making. As for experience, intimacy, passion and commitment that became the fundamental basic of decision making. "
