Abstract
An individu that have high organizational commitment tend to show an organizational citizenship behavior. A purpose of this research is to find the role of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior at PT. SA. This research involve 173 corespondence that work at PT. SA. Reseacher use convenience sampling technique to collect the sample. The result show a positive and significant role toward organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior with score F = 36.132; t = 7.977; p = 0.000 < 0.05 and R2 = 0.271. This result show a positive contribution of organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior amount of 27,1 %.
