Abstract
Organization is a group of people who work together to achieve their goals. That’s why organization need performance from the human resource. This study aims to determine the role of psychological empowerment towards performance. This research involved 117 employees of PT X with positions varies from staff to supervisor. On this research, researchers using quantitative methods. The questionnaire consisted of informed consent, introduction, performance measurement tools, and psychological empowerment measures. To test both variables, the researcher using linear regression method. The results showed that psychological empowerment really takes part of employee performance PT X.
