Female workers are increasing in Indonesia from year to year. Role of female as workers and mothers could lead a conflict from job domain as well as family domain. Full time working mothers have limitation on time and energy for working and taking care of children especially those with special needs, in this case is autism. The purpose of this research is to describe of work family conflict in full time working mother who has children with autism. Work family conflict has three dimensions (Greenhaus & Beutell, 1985). They are time-based conflict, strain-based conflict, and behavior-based conflict which are bidirectional from job domain to family domain and vice versa. The nature of this research is qualitative with case design. The number of subject is five persons with purposive sampling. Data are obtained by interviewing and observing subjects. Open coding technique and pattern matching technique are used for data analysis. Based on obtained data, the result of this research shows that all subjects are having time-based conflict, three subjects are having strain-based conflict, and two subjects are having behavior-based conflict. The conflicts affect on job domain, family domain, and subjects themselves. All subjects have their own support systems to help them reducing or overcoming the conflicts. Moreover, several coping styles are used to face and handle the work family conflict which occurs in different dimensions.
