Abstract

"The development of increasingly advanced technology impact on transportatin, one of which online transpotation in this case ojek. In today's motorcycle taxi has become an online transpotasi one gojek. Characteristics of the work of themotorcycle taxi driver differs from the employee working characteristics in general this is because there are differences in aspects of work. The author conducted the development of early stage measurements through focus group discussion to explore job satisfaction and job satisfaction of motorcycle taxi drivers. sample used for focus group discussion as many as 13 people. The study used qualitative methods and data analysis using thematic analysis that will search for a statement and reduce the same statement. The results showed that there were 41 statements consisting of 13 satisfaction statements as online ojek drivers and 28 expressions of dissatisfaction as online ojek drivers."
