Abstract
Problems that are often experienced by many companies are planning to inaccuracies in determining the compliance of products and labor. this inability resulting in the cost of labor expenses and production costs are not controlled. In this paper, the author tries to provide alternative solutions to the problem by using a forecasting system to determine the number of requests that will come. From these results can be used to cope with the amount of labor required, so that later obtained a good production planning. Results of the analysis of this case, the amount of labor required is sebanyk six workers with three shifts each day, and also require overtime in a period and the cost of inventory to products needed in the period that have a high level of demand.
