Abstract

Education has a very large role in the development of a nation, because through this education the nation's character is formed. The strategic role of education must be supported by the quality of education. National education itself has National Education Standards (SNP) as supervisors of the quality of education, but in fact alone the quality of education in Indonesia is still lacking and poor. Improving the quality of national education must be supported and supported in terms of the quality of the teaching staff, administrative staff, and educational institutions themselves. One way that can be done in improving the quality of education is to develop an organizational culture in educational institutions. Organizational culture is the core of the organization and is based on providing services on the basis of professionalism. The method used in PKM activities is to provide counseling to partners with participants from educators and administrative staff.
