Abstract

This study aims to test the Influence of Apptication of the controllibitity principle, Role Ambiguity , Role Conflic , and Employee Performance on Turnover Intentions (Empirical Study on Economics Lecturers of the University and the School of Economics in Jakarta) This research was conducted at Faculty of Economics of the University and the School of Economics in Jakarta. This study uses survey research with primary data collection used questionnaires. The selection of samples'tested in this study used purposive sampling, and testing the hypothesis of the research is SEM Partial Least Square ( PLS ). The results of thk study is stated that the application of the controllability principle effect on role ambiguity and role conJlict, role ambigdty and conflict affect the performance of the employee 's role and turnover intentions, and to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of the employee 's performance on turnover intention, further proving that the employee's perJbrmance constructs mediate the relationship between role ambiguity and role conflict on turnover intentionof private lecturer in Jakarta.
