Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of ownership structure, capital structure, company size and stock return risk on firm performance. This study is the census study of 193 non-financial issuers of the Jakarta Stock Exchange period from 2004 to 2006. This study used a multiple regression model analysis, Based on statistical calculation results obtained the conclusion that the ownership structure, corporate capital structure, company size and stock return risk on firm performance.
