Abstract

STAS stands for “Sistem Teknologi Aplikasi Silo”. STAS is the latest product of Mortar Utama for making instant cement more simple and efficient. This system consisting of silo, compressor, and mixer. This thesis is reviewing the quality of the plaster and mortar, cost incurred, and working time for using STAS compared to the packing system for plaster works. Plaster is one of the wall finishing works. The result for using STAS, the cost is more expensive than the packing system, but this system needs shorter time to work with the same amount of workers, while the quality of the two systems are similar.
