Abstract

State Building Construction is a continuous process in which the implementation should pay attention not only on technical aspects but also on administrative aspect. This study is an effort in keeping the continuity of administrative processes within the life cycle of State Building Construction. Activity of demolition of the State Building Construction, not only should pay attention to the rules of the asset’s management within the scope of the demolition of physical and administrative aspects, but also continued to provide benefits to the public in general. This research may become one of important inputs for the government, especially Minister of Public Works and Housing in issuing regulations related to State Building Construction demolition valuation in the context of the demolition of the State Building Construction. Demolized materials can still provide benefits for the community to be used with a relatively cheaper price by taking into account the physical condition of the material. This research is compiled by analyzing the results of questionnaires and interviews also by using the latest price survey of used materials, then reformulate the procedure for calculating the value of the existing dismantling with the aim so that the calculation formulation can be useful according to the needs. The value of the demolized materials that are still commonly reused, such as wood frames, doors and wooden windows and also urinal can be calculated based on a systematic assessment of the damage and demand in the market. By giving the minimum threshold of 70% for the physical condition of demolition of used materials, assessment of price of State Building demolition of used materials could be more comprehensive
