AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the factors that influence users to use the Internet. The subjects of this research are 110 lecturers at Tarumanagara University. Data analysis was performed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software. The used variables are the exogenous latent variables as the independent variable (X) in the form of Perceived Ease of Use and Task Technology Fit, while the endogenous latent variables as the dependent variable (Y) are the Usefulness Perceived , the Behavioral Intention to Use, as well as the Internet Usage . The obtained results are the Composite Reliability Perceive Ease of Use = 0.8 , the Perceive Usefulness = 0.8 , the Behavior Intention to Use = 0.7 , and the Internet Usage = 0.7 . The Variance of the Extracted Perceive Ease of Use = 0.5, the Perceive Usefulness = 0.5, the Behavior Intention to Use = 0.5, and the Internet Use = 0.5. The results of the hypothesis testing of the Influence of Perceived Ease of Use to the PerceivedUsefulness (sig. 0:00), the Influence of Perceived Usefulness to the Behavior Intention to Use (sig.0.00) and the Behaviour Intention to Internet Usage (sig.0.00).
