Abstract

The purpose of this emprical study is to analyze the effect of leadership style, organization culture, organization external environment to strategic planning. The research samples consist of 112 respondents. This research uses primary data that obtained by distributing questionnaires to PT Logicalis Metrodata Indonesia's employees who meet the criteria that have been determined through purposive sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style, organization culture and organization external environment significantly influence the strategic planning.
