Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine whether the variables of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial education influence financial performance and non-financial performance . The sample in this study were 80 entrepreneurs who were the owners of small enterprise in Bogor. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collected using questionnaires.This finding shows that entrepreneurial orientation has an influence on the financial and non-financial performance of small enterprise while entrepreneurship education does not affect financial performance but has an influence on nonfinancial performance.
