Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran dewan direksi, proporsi komisaris independen, konsentrasi kepemilikan dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap tingkat pengungkapan risiko. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 498 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif, asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis metode regresi menggunakan program Eviews 10. Hasil empiris penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan risiko. Sementara itu, variabel lain seperti proporsi komisaris independen, konsentrasi kepemilikan dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan risiko. Kata kunci: Pengungkapan Risiko, Ukuran Dewan Direksi, Proporsi Komisaris Independen, Konsentrasi Kepemilikan, Kepemilikan Institusional The aim of this research is to analyze the effect board of director size, proportion of independent commissioner, concentrated ownership and institutional ownership on extent of risk disclosure. This research is conducted by using 498 samples of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2015-2018 with using purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, classical assumption and hypothesis testing of regression method using Eviews 10 program. The empirical result of this study shows that board of director size is positively and significantly affected to extent of risk disclosure. Meanwhile, the other variables such as proportion of independent commissioner, concentrated ownership and institutional ownership are not significantly affected to extent of risk disclosure.
