Abstract

Financial report is a structured of the presentation of the financial position and financial performance of a company. Some of the information contained in the financial statements are included profit, liabilities, assets, and capital. Information on the financial statements derived from the capital markets in Indonesia are usually called the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). There are three sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange are the primary sector, the manufacturing sector and the service sector. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm size proxied by Logarithm Natural Assets toward Firm Value proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), simultaneously and partially. Population in this study are manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. Sampling technique that used in this study is purposive sampling and obtained 45 manufacture companies with three years study period and give 135 sample unit. Data analysis method in this study is panel data regression using software SPSS version 20. The results showed that Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER), and Firm Size (Ln.Assets) simultaneously has significant effect to Firm Value (PBV). While partially, ROE has positive significant effect to PBV. DER, and Ln.Assets has no significant effect to firm value (PBV). Based on this result, Profitability (ROE) has positive significant effect to firm value, which means increase of ROE in manufacture companies goods and foods sub sector tend to improve firm value. The increasing value of ROE is a positive impact to make the firm value are getting better. Keywords : Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER), Firm Size (Ln Asset), Firm Value (PBV) Laporan keuangan adalah penyajian yang terstruktur dari posisi keuangan dan kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan. Beberapa informasi yang terkandung dalam laporan keuangan termasuk laba, kewajiban, aset, dan modal. Informasi tentang laporan keuangan yang berasal dari pasar modal di Indonesia biasanya disebut Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Ada tiga perusahaan sektor yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek adalah sektor primer, sektor manufaktur dan sektor jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas yang diproksikan oleh Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh Logarithm Natural Assets terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang ditunjukkan oleh Price to Book Value (PBV), secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2016. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 45 perusahaan manufaktur dengan periode tiga tahun dan memberikan 135 unit sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas (ROE), Leverage (DER), dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Ln.Assets) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Sedangkan secara parsial, ROE memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap PBV. Sedangkan DER, dan Ln.Assets tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Berdasarkan hasil ini, Profitabilitas (ROE) memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang berarti peningkatan ROE pada perusahaan manufaktur barang dan sub sektor makanan cenderung meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Meningkatnya nilai ROE adalah dampak positif untuk membuat nilai perusahaan semakin baik. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas (ROE), Leverage (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan (Ln Asset), Nilai Perusahaan (PBV)
