This study aims to determine how much influence of Profitability, Debt Policy, Frim Size and PER of the firm value (prize book value) of Companies have been rated by PEFINDO. This emperical study aims to analyze the influence of Profitability, Debt Policy, Frim Size and Price Earnings Ratio on the value of companies. The next major goal is to test whether jointly Profitability, Debt Policy, Frim Size and Price Earnings Ratio affect firm value from 2011 to 2013.independent variables that are thought to affect Price Book Value is the Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Size and Price Earnings Ratio. With quota sampling method in PEFINDO, then the 29 samples obtained companies that went public on equity research report the period 2011-2013. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple regression using SPSS 21.0 program. The result show that: (1) Return on Assets significant on frim value, (2) Debt Policy with debt to equity ratio significant on firm value, (3) Size not significant on firm value, (4) Price Earnings Ratio significant on firm value, (5) Return on Assets simultaneously have a significant impact on firm value.
