Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Asset Structure, Profitability, and Firm Size against Capital Structure decisions in the property and real estate in the period 2011-2014. This study uses all companys data in properties and real estate sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2014. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling and the analytical method used in this study are using General Lease Squares (GLS) methods to obtain consistent results with E-views 6.0. the result of the study shows that simultaneously Asset Structure, Profitability, and Firm Size has significant effect on capital structure, but partially only Profitability, and Firm Size that has significant effect on capital structure, while Asset Structure partiallyy has no effect on Jakarta Capital Structure
