Abstract
Settlement payment of compensation to service users who suffer a loss of air transport is a form of corporate responsibility as an air freight carrier. In the present study found three substances on which the tort users of air transport services to carriers, namely because the users of air transport services of death, injury, or disability in a plane crash, by applying the principle of strict liability (strict liability). Furthermore, the study also found that the payment of compensation to the users of air transport services which suffered losses due to the crash can be solved through the mechanism of mediation or litigation by way of referring to the applicable law.
