Abstract

ABSTRAK UNIVERSITAS TARUMANAGARA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS JAKARTA (A) Ariel Luciano 115200291 (B) Pengaruh Social Media Usage, Perceived Task Interdependence, Participative Leadership Terhadap Employee Creativity Melalui Work Engagement Di Pt Fitness First (C) XIV + 80 Halaman, 24 Tabel, 5 Gambar, 5 Lampiran (D) SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (E) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara social media usage, perceived task interdependence dan , participative leadership terhadap employee creativity dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Fitness First. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah total sampel sebanyak 125 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan merupakan teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik responden karyawan tetap di PT Fitness First.Penelitian menggunakan Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sosial Media Usage dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived task interdependence bepengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Employee Creativity dan Perceived task interdependence dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement. Partisipasi kepemimpinan dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement. Dan Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Creativity Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan lagi beberapa aspek mengenai social media usage, perceived task interdependence, dan participative leadership untuk memaksimalkan employee creativity. This research is quantitative descriptive research with a total sample of 125 people. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of permanent employee respondents at PT Fitness First. The research used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The research results show that Social Media Usage can have a significant effect on Work Engagement. Perceived task interdependence has a significant influence on Employee Creativity and Perceived task interdependence can have a significant influence on Work Engagement. Leadership participation can have a significant effect on Work Engagement. And Work Engagement as a mediating variable can have a positive and significant effect on Employee Creativity. The results of this research can be a consideration for companies to further develop several aspects regarding social media usage, perceived task interdependence, and participative leadership to maximize employee creativity.
