ABSTRACT A. DONAL ANDARTAMA (115180495) B. THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT OF PT INNA DAE IL C. LKK D. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT E. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of transformational leadership, job promotions, organizational culture on employee engagement among PT employees. Inna Dae IL. Employee Engagement is an important asset for a company because employees are an important asset for a company because employees are the key to success for every company, there is no company that does not depend on the involvement of its employees therefore special attention is needed in increasing employee involvement in a company . The sample obtained was 65 respondents. Data processing uses Smart-PLS software. The research results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee engagement. I GEDE ADIPUTRA, Drs., M.M., Dr. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh transformational leadership, promosi jabatan, budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement karyawan PT. Inna Dae IL. Employee Engagement merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan karena karyawan merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan karena karyawan merupakan kunci sukses bagi setiap perusahaan, tidak ada perusahaan yang tidak bergantung pada keterlibatan karyawannya, oleh karena itu diperlukan perhatian khusus dalam meningkatkan employee engagement suatu perusahaan. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 65 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa transformational leadership dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Promosi jabatan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kata Kunci : Transformational Leadership, Budaya Organisasi, Employee Engagement
