Abstract
The purpose of this research is to continue research conducted by Yuniarwati, Ardana, and Dewi in 2018. Namely The Relationship of Spiritual Well-Being and Accountant’s Ethical Sensitivity. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to professional accountant or auditor at Jakarta. The data obtained were analyzed by using PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square) through the SmartPLS software. The results showed that Communal Well-Being, Personal Well-Being, Transcendental Well-Being, Environmental Well-Being and Spiritual Well-Being have statistically insignificant relationship with Accountant’s Ethical Sensitivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melanjutkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Yuniarwati, Ardana, dan Dewi in 2018. Yaitu The Relationship of Spiritual Well-Being and Accountant’s Ethical Sensitivity. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden kepada profesional akuntan dan auditor di Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Communal Well-Being, Personal Well-Being, Transcendental Well-Being, Environmental Well-Being, dan Spiritual Well-Being memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan secara statistik terhadap Accountant’s Ethical Sensitivity.
