Abstract This study will analyze the Government's Role in Moderating the Effect of Financial Inclusion and Financial Literacy on MSME Performance. The sample used in this study were MSME players in the Jakarta area, totaling 360 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method. The data collection technique uses a Google Form questionnaire which is distributed via social media such as email, whatsapp, facebook and line, After the respondent gets the questionnaire, the respondent is automatically documented directly on the researcher's computer in a google drive in the form of excel software. The results of the data obtained from excel will be processed using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that financial inclusion has a positive effect on MSME performance, financial literacy has a positive effect on MSME performance, government support has a positive effect on MSME performance, government support is able to moderate the effect of financial inclusion on MSME performance, and government support does not moderate the effect of financial literacy on MSME performance. Kata Kunci: Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, Government Support, SME Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini akan menganalisis Peran Pemerintah Dalam Memoderasi Pengaruh Inklusi Keuangan Dan Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM . Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Wilayah Jakarta sebanyak 360 Responden. Teknik pengambila sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang disebar melalui media sosial seperti email, whatsapp, facebook dan line, Setelah responden mendapatkan kuesioner, responden otomatis secara langsung terdokumentasi di komputer peneliti dalam google drive berupa software excel. Hasil data yang diperoleh dari excel akan diolah menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja UMKM, Literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, dukungan pemerintah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, Dukungan pemerintah mampu memoderasi pengaruh Inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM, serta dukungan pemerintah tidak memoderasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM.
