Total quality management (TQM) has been widely used for improving competitiveness around the world and becomes a strategic tool for manufacturing organizations to grow and sustain in the highly competitive business environment because a good quality management system is vital for a manufacturing organization to enhance its competitiveness. The aims of this research are to analyze (1) the influence of leadership on company perfomance, (2) the influence of management of people on company perfomance, (3) the influence of customer focus on company perfomance, (4) the influence of information and analysis on company performance, (5) the influence of management process on company perfomance, (6) the influence of strategic and quality planning on company perfomance. Collection of the data and information by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this research are 184 empoyees of PT. JTC. However valid data returned are 151. Analysis is using multiple regression method utilizing statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) Software. Prior to do the hypothesis test, we do the classic assumption test including normality test, multicolinearity test, and the last is the hypothesis test by T-test and goodness of fit by F-test. The results show that the categories of leadership, management of people and customer focus were the strongest significant predictors of operational perfomance. The leader must support theemployee to develop the competency, knowledge and skill by training soft skill, brain storming and bechamarking with other organization. From external focus, customer needs to be consistently reviewed and develop a mutual understanding and profitable strategy that will benefit to company.
