Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 karyawan PT Petrokimia Gresik. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Petrokimia Gresik. This research was conducted using a probability sampling method with simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 150 employees of PT Petrokimia Gresik. Data analysis uses Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance PT Petrokimia Gresik.
