ABSTRACT TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS JAKARTA (A) TATU MU MINAH (115200379) (B) THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENERSHIP EDUCATION ON ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTIONS IN GENERATION Z IN JAKARTA WHICH IS MEDIATED BY SELF-EFFICACY AND ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET (C) XIII + 104 page + 30 table + 3 picture + 5 attachment (D) ENTREPRENEURSHIP (E) Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intentions in generation Z in Jakarta. This study used a descriptive method with primary data. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed online and offline using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The population in this study is generation z who are studying at SMK and Higher Education in Jakarta. Data was analyzed with SEM-PLS and processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software The results of this study show that: a) there is no significant influence between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions; b) there is a positive influence between entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy; c) there is a positive influence between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial mindset; d) there is no significant effect between self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions; e) there is a positive influence between the entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intentions; f) self-efficacy is unable to mediate the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions; g) Entrepreneurial mindset is able to mediate the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. From the results of the research obtained, it is suggested that SMK and Higher Education can further increase entrepreneurial intentions in generation Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan offline dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi z yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di SMK dan Perguruan Tinggi di Jakarta. Data dianalisisis dengan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 4.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: a) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha; b) terdapat pengaruh positif antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap efikasi diri; c) terdapat pengaruh positif antara pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap pola pikir entrepreneurial; d) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha; e) terdapat pengaruh positif antara pola pikir entrepreneurship terhadap intensi berwirausaha; f) efikasi diri tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha; g) Pola pikir entrepreneurship mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat, disarankan agar SMK dan Perguruan Tinggi dapat lebih meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha pada generasi Z.
