Abstract

Nowadays, the structure of the building is dominated by concrete. In contrast to wood and steel structures, concrete has its own characteristic is easy to in shape. Ease to set up because the plasticity of fresh concrete that can be printed according to the form planned. Concrete mold is better known by the name of formwork (molds) good to get shape in plan and hardening of the concrete and scaffolding (formwork) is a temporary construction, due to reference and scaffolding will be taken down again when the concrete is enough age . The quality of the formwork can determine the shape and likeness of formwork. Therefore, the formwork must be made of quality materials and workmanship must also be considered properly, so that the concrete does not experience deflection and bending at casting stage. Therefore we need a good raw material to be used as formwork, due to the demand for timber in Indonesia increased for various sectors, then the required type of fast-growing timber plants. To anticipate a shortage of resources, especially timber for plywood industry and formwork, furniture raw materials and furniture, as well as non-construction building materials. Excellence is what makes marketing Jabon wood and sengon no trouble at all, even the plywood industry is ready to buy at any time in an unlimited amount. Therefore, it would be a feasibility study for teak plantations, Jabon and Sengon based financial analysis to make these investments.
