Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam kurun waktu empat tahun terakhir dari (2020-2023) dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisa rasio keuangan yaitu rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah, rasio pertumbuhan, dan rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi upaya peningkatan Kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan mengetahui kondisi keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara cermat dan sistematis fakta, gejala serta fenomena suatu kejadian. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan Laporan Realisasi Keuangan APBD Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kinerja Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo dari rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah menunjukkan rendah sekali dan dalam kategori pola hubungan instruktif, Kinerja Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo dari rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah tidak efisien, kinerja keuangan daerah dari rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah tidak efektif, dan Kinerja Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo dari rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah belum tumbuh secara positif. Kata Kunci: Analisa Rasio Keuangan Daerah, Laporan Keuangan Daerah This research aims to analyze the financial performance of Gorontalo Regency over the last four years (2020-2023) using a financial ratio analysis approach, namely the regional financial independence ratio, regional financial efficiency ratio, growth ratio, and regional original income effectiveness ratio. It is hoped that this research will be an effort to improve the performance of the Gorontalo Regency Government by knowing the financial condition of the Gorontalo Regency Government. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method which aims to carefully and systematically describe the facts, symptoms and phenomena of an event. The data collector used is secondary data using the Gorontalo Regency Government APBD Financial Realization Report. The Results of this research show that the regional financial performance of Gorontalo district from the regional financial independence ratio is very low and in the category of instructive relationship patterns, the regional financial performance of Gorontalo district from the regional financial efficiency ratio is inefficient, the regional financial performance from the regional original income effevtiveness ratio is ineffective, and the regional financial performance of Gorontalo district from the growth ratio of origibal regional income has not grown positively.
