Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control toward financial satisfaction through financial behavior as a variable of mediation. This study will examine university lecturers in indonesia as the sample. Sampling techniquesis done by using non probability sampling which specifically speaking is an accidental sampling. Through giving online questionnaires by using goole docs and processed by smartPLS 3.0, the observation eventual gained 500 respondents. The result of this are financial literacy, locus of control influenced financial satisfaction directly and also indirectly through individuals? financial behavior.
