Abstract
PT. X is one of the companies engaged in the sanitary and fittings industry. Its products are already widely known in the market. But amid increasingly tough competition the company looked very need to maintain quality while improving the quality of its products. Therefore conducted a field investigation to determine the level of quality one of its products is part S11005-3S faucet body. Investigations carried out by collecting data obtained from the quality control section machining. Based on data analysis known that the faucet body part S11005-3S product has not been statistically controlled for controlling 3-sigma.
