Abstract
"The purpose of this research is to know correlation between fatique and
aggression in police. Fatique in this research using theory from Schultz &
Schultz, Matthews, Davies, Westerman and Stammer, meanwhile aggression
using theory from Murray and Berkowitz. Research method that being used is
quantitative descriptive correlation study. Data acquisition technique that being
used by researcher is non probability sampling with convenience technique. The
research result using nonparametric correlation show rs(319)= .217, p<.01. The
conclusion of this research according to the result is fatique affecting aggression
in police."
